IDAHO CHILDREN ARE PRIMARY

We are a bipartisan non-profit 501(c)4 grassroots operation using guidance from childhood experts to impact change in Idaho and propel issues affecting kids and families to the forefront of policy discussions and debates.

WE ARE PROUD TO PRESENT

The Kids Matter Index will provide a legislative bill rating system that will clearly answer the question:

"Is this good for Idaho kids?"

At the end of each legislative session, ICAP will publish the voting history of each legislator based on the Kids Matter Index.

ICAP's intention is not to point fingers, but to highlight opportunity!

Q: WHY SHOULD LAWMAKERS CARE ABOUT KIDS - KIDS DON'T VOTE!

A:  Idaho IS families. We are in the top three states with the highest percentage of children!* Plus, parents vote!

Also, taking care of our children is a smart investment in human potential. Nobel Prize winning Economics Professor James Heckman’s research shows the up to 13% ROI to be had by investing in early development programs.*
