ALICIA LACHIONDO

Alicia Lachiondo is a general pediatrician at St. Luke’s Childrens—Treasure Valley Pediatrics. Born and raised in Idaho, Alicia is overjoyed to be practicing in her home community. She received a BA in Anthropology and Pre-professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame before attending the University of Washington for her MD via the WWAMI program. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of New Mexico before moving back home.  Alicia is the child of educators and thus values being able to communicate effectively with families; getting them the best, most evidence based information possible as it relates to their children is a top priority. She currently serves as the physician spokesperson for Get Immunized, Idaho and is a past board member of Idaho Voices for Children. In her spare time, she teaches Basque Dancing and loves to hike, bike, and dance.
