JAROM WAGONER
Jarom Wagoner is a planner by trade. He has worked for various government jurisdictions over the past 15 years as a land use and transportation planner. Jarom currently runs his own consulting firm, helping people navigate their way thru the land-use entitlement process. Born in Rexburg, Jarom is an Idaho native. He moved to Caldwell when he was 14 years old and graduated from Caldwell High School. After high school, Jarom served a 2 year mission for his church in Vina Del Mar, Chile. Upon his return he attended and graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Business. Jarom was appointed to the Idaho Legislature in 2017 by then-Governor Butch Otter. He served as a State Representative until November 2020. While in the Legislature, Jarom served as the Vice-Chair for the Health & Welfare Committee where he constantly fought to make sure that children’s voices were heard. Jarom was elected to the Caldwell City Council in 2019 and currently serves in that capacity. Jarom and his wife also own Soda Burst, a specialty soda store located in the heart of downtown Caldwell at the Indian Creek Plaza. They have three young children, all boys, ages 13, 12, and 7.
