Representative Bundy moved to Idaho when he was still serving in the United
States Air Force. He served as a combat aviator, and retired after a twenty-year
military career at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
He then spent sixteen years as a teacher in rural schools, and also served on the
Mountain Home City Council.
As a legislator, he strives to provide paths for higher education and also for
increased vocational training. He sees students as the future of Idaho, and this is
part of the reason he was chosen as Primary Legislator for the 2023 session
According to Rep. Bundy, “Family is the reason for everything I do.”
Along with his wife, he has a daughter and two sons.
