TRENT CLARK

Trent L. Clark is President and CEO of Customalting, LLC, a manufacturer of custom malting products for brewing, confections and baking.  He retired last year after serving three decades as the regional spokesperson for Monsanto, Pfizer and then Bayer.  He has chaired the Idaho Rural Partnership, the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, and the Idaho Republican Party, and serves on the boards of Idaho Voices for Children and the Idaho Community Foundation.  He currently chairs the Idaho Workforce Development Council, and is Vice-Chair of the Idaho Humanities Council.

Trent is a summa cum laude graduate of Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, and finished undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University with honors in political science and botany. He has since done graduate work at the Harvard School of Public Health and at La Selva Research Center in Costa Rica.  He currently resides with his wife, Rebecca, and their children in Soda Springs, Idaho.
